Refunds and Returns

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

Please note: Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly marked on the product page.


How to Start a Return

  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover 100% of the return shipping.

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping may be deducted from the refund.


Refund Processing

  • After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Send photos and a brief description of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate — at no additional cost to you.
